- Fixed bug where textarea was being initialized with answer from
  previous submission from another student.
- Fixed get CSV with grades.
- Fixed many regressions from the upgrade to bootstrap 5.1.
- Changed menu in /admin.
- Removed dependency from fontawesome (but added bootstrap-icons).
- Removed jquery where not needed.
