Exists in master and in 1 other branch dev

- moved some 'run_script' and 'load_yaml' functions to a new module

'tools'.
- use default 'alert' question when a question generator fails.
- fixed logout link in /admin.
- replaced exit() calls from test.py by TestFactoryException
  exception.
