  - changes checkbox correct list to the same semantics as radio with
    interval values in the interval [0,1]
  - adds many sanity checks to questions.
  - fix display math centering in radio and checkbox options
  - fix check for nonexisting goals
  - fix missing database
  - fix bug where last question would not show images in the solution
